2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following information:
- Device identity information, such as a public key generated by the app and basic device registration metadata.
- Catalog and discovery activity, such as requested item IDs, downloaded item metadata, QR scan outcomes, and discovery records.
- Optional account information if you choose to use Apple Sign In, such as the Apple-provided user identifier and any information Apple makes available to the app with your permission.
- Support information you send to us, including your email address and the contents of your message.
- Approximate or precise location information only when you grant location permission for map and nearby discovery features.
3. Information Stored On Your Device
Origami World stores downloaded 3D models, thumbnails, catalog metadata, favorites, saved QR codes, and local profile settings on your device. This local data helps the app remain useful offline.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, register devices, deliver and refresh the catalog, support downloads, show nearby items, improve reliability, respond to support requests, protect the service from abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Location And Camera
Location permission is used to show nearby creations and distance-aware experiences. Camera permission is used for QR scanning and AR features. The app should not require camera access unless you use scanning or AR features. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Origami World, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Local downloads remain on your device until you remove them, clear app storage, or delete the app.
8. Your Choices
You can deny or revoke location and camera permissions in iOS Settings. You can remove downloaded content in the app when available. You can request account or device identity deletion by using the in-app controls when available or by emailing sos@educacion.global.
9. Children
Origami World is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and respond.
10. International Use
Your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand that privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://origami.ok.gold/privacy.
